Open call: Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant

The Pollock-Krasner Foundation invites visual artists all over the world to apply for the all year rolling grant. The Foundation welcomes, throughout the year, applications from visual artists who are painters, sculptors and artists who work on paper, including printmakers. There are no deadlines. Grants are intended for a one-year period of time.  Professional exhibition history will be taken into consideration. Artists must be actively exhibiting their current work in professional artistic venues, such as gallery and museum spaces.

The Foundation welcomes, throughout the year, applications from visual artists who are painters, sculptors and artists who work on paper, including printmakers. The Foundation does not accept applications from commercial artists, graphic artists, video artists, performance artists, filmmakers, crafts-makers, or any artist whose work primarily falls into these categories.

The RCDIJ Africa Fund welcomes proposals from individual journalists from African countries who are into investigative journalism. The RCDIJ Africa Fund accepts applications on a rolling basis. The RCDIJ Africa Fund targets individual journalists across Africa. The categories of journalists include as follows: Employed/Freelance, Online, Print, Broadcast, Photo, Cartoon, Multimedia. In addition to monetary support, successful applicants will have their completed works published on the centre’s sister platform, Ripples Nigeria, with full editorial support throughout the process.

Open call: Visions Sud Est Grant 2025

Eligibility: Filmmakers worldwide

Fee: free

Prize: Up to 50,000 Swiss Francs

Visions Sud Est invites filmmakers in African countries to submit their proposals and works (feature-length fiction and documentary films of at least 70 minutes) and stand a chance of getting financial support for their works.

The application must be submitted by the production company in the project’s country of origin (eligible country). The production company must be officially registered in that country. It is not possible for an individual to submit an application, as the fund is unable to grant a contribution to an individual.
