Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with video editing and photo retouching expertise to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong visual design skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling through multimedia content. You will be responsible for creating high-quality designs, retouching images, and editing videos that align with our brand’s vision and engage our audience across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design:

    1. Develop visually engaging digital and print media designs, including social media graphics, marketing materials, website assets, and promotional content.

    2. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with the brand’s identity.

    3. Create layouts, illustrations, and infographics to support various campaigns.

  2. Video Editing:

    1. Edit and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and websites.

    2. Add motion graphics, visual effects, sound, and transitions to create professional video outputs.

    3. Ensure videos are optimised for various platforms and formats (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).

  3. Photo Retouching:

    1. Retouch, edit and enhance photos for use in marketing materials, websites, and social media.

    2. Ensure consistency in colour, lighting, and quality across all visual assets.

    3. Maintain a high standard of image quality that aligns with the brand's aesthetics.

  4. Brand Consistency:

    1. Ensure all design and multimedia content follows the brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity.

    2. Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate innovative and fresh design ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing design, photo and video editing work.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or alternative design/video/photo creativity tools such as Figma, Runway, Canva etc. 

  • Strong skills in photo retouching, colour correction, and image optimization.

  • Experience with motion graphics and video production workflows.

  • Knowledge of file formats, video codecs, and resolutions for digital media.

  • Minimum of 2 years of graphic design, Video Editing and Photo Retouching experience. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design

  • Experience with 3D design and animation is a plus.

  • Familiarity with social media video trends and best practices.

  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

  • Portfolio of work
